Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Quotimize (the "Service"), operated by Quotimize LLC ("Quotimize," "we," "us," or "our").

1. Who the Service is for

Quotimize is a platform used by businesses to create estimates, quotes, proposals, and work orders. Portions of the Service may be shared with customers for viewing, acceptance, and project coordination.

2. Relationship to the issuing business

If you receive a quote, proposal, or work order through Quotimize, the business that issued it, not Quotimize LLC, is responsible for the quoted services, pricing, scope, schedule, and project performance, unless expressly stated otherwise.

3. Customer Live Quote links

If you receive a Live Quote or Live Work Order link from a business using Quotimize, you agree:

• to use it only for its intended purpose (reviewing/accepting your proposal), and
• not to share or misuse the link in a way that could expose project details.

4. Proposal acceptance and electronic signatures

If a proposal is accepted through the Service, the acceptance may serve as authorization for the business that issued the proposal to proceed under the agreed scope, subject to any additional written agreement, change order, or scheduling confirmation provided by that business. The Service may record acceptance details (such as name, timestamp, and technical metadata) to document acceptance.

5. Communications

By providing an email address or phone number, you authorize the business that sent the link to contact you about your project, including sending quotes, notifications, scheduling communication, and other project-related messages.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, its software, and associated platform content are owned by Quotimize LLC and/or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Business-provided and customer-provided content remains with its respective owner, but you grant the rights needed to estimate, document, deliver, and administer the project through the Service.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• attempt to access the Service without authorization,
• interfere with the Service's operation or security,
• upload malicious code, or
• use the Service in a way that violates applicable law.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." While we work to keep it reliable, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quotimize LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to use of the Service.Quotimize LLC is not a party to the underlying project or home-services agreement unless expressly stated otherwise. Any obligations related to the actual quoted or contracted services remain with the business that issued the quote or work order.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be reflected by revising the "Last Updated" date above.
